By engaging Carry My Pet for pet relocation services, the Client expressly agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Carry My Pet shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, diversions, or operational restrictions imposed by airlines, customs authorities, or any third-party service providers involved in the relocation process.
All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the Client, including but not limited to the pet’s dimensions, weight, and breed.
Final charges are subject to adjustment should any variation in these details occur prior to or during the relocation process.
The Client shall ensure that all information provided, including size, weight, breed, and health condition of the pet, is true and accurate. Carry My Pet shall not be responsible for any additional charges, penalties, or delays arising from inaccurate or incomplete information. Any resulting costs shall be borne exclusively by the Client.
Carry My Pet engages third-party service providers such as airlines, customs authorities, veterinary laboratories, and ground transporters.
Carry My Pet shall not be liable for any delays, damages, losses, or failures in performance attributable to such third parties.
All services shall be rendered in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, and any disputes shall be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
