By choosing to relocate your pet with Carry My Pet, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Carry My Pet is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or service restrictions of any kind.
2. Quotes are based on your pet’s height, weight, and type, and may be subject to change
3. If incorrect information is provided regarding your pet’s size or weight, additional freight charges may apply.
Carry My Pet reserves the right to revise travel quotes if airlines adjust their fees or if the Government of India announces new charges.
Carry My pet reserves the right to cancel any booking that falls outside our scope of services or for any reason we do not accept.
Payments must be made in cash, cheque, or direct deposit before departure.
If a company is covering your pet’s travel costs, an acceptance letter from the company is required before shipment.
Cancellations within 48 hours of relocation are fully refundable.
Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours before relocation will incur a ₹1,500 fee plus any expenses incurred by the company, deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification. This period begins once we receive the refund request and all required documents. The refund will be issued to the original payment method after confirmation of eligibility of the request.
