Carry My Pet Refund And Cancellation Policy

1. Quotation Adjustment: Carry My Pet reserves the right to adjust quotes if there is any change in airline charges or other fees announced by the stakeholders.

2. Right to Cancel: Carry My Pet reserves the right to cancel any order or booking for reasons that fall outside the scope of our services or are otherwise unacceptable under our policies. In this refund amount will be initiated after deducting the consultation charges plus including the operations cost.

3. Payment Requirements: Full amount to be credited in our system prior to departure. Payments may be made via cash, cheque, or direct deposit.

4. Third-Party Payment Arrangements: If a third-party company is covering travel costs on behalf of the customer, an acceptance letter from the company is required prior to the shipment of the pet.



Refund Process Domestic & International

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days following the completion of all necessary verifications and procedures. This period commences from the date of receipt of the refund request along with all requisite documentation. During this period, our team will review the transaction details, ensure compliance with our refund policy, and confirm the eligibility of the refund request. Upon successful completion of these checks, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used.


Product Refund and Return Policy

Microchip

1. Broken Microchip: If the microchip arrives damaged, please provide an unboxing video as proof

2. Refund or Replacement: A full refund or a replacement microchip will be provided upon verification of the issue.

3. Un-dispatched Orders: If the order has not been dispatched, a 100% refund will be issued.

4. In-Transit Orders: Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled.


Pet Crate

1. Broken Crate: If the pet crate arrives damaged or a product in the crate is missing please provide an unboxing video as proof.

2. Refund or Replacement: A full refund or a replacement pet crate will be provided upon verification of the issue.

3. Un-dispatched Orders: If the order has not been dispatched, a 100% refund will be issued.

4. In-Transit Orders: Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled.


Titre Test

1. Report Delays: The company is not responsible for any delays in the issuance of test reports by the labs.

2. Test Results: In the event that the pet does not pass the titre test, the company assumes no liability, as it acts solely as a facilitator in coordinating the test with the laboratory on behalf of the customer.

3. Sample Dispatched: In case the serum sample is dispatched to the lab, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. If a sample is sent to the lab and it is not found testable, no amount will be refunded in this case.
