UAE Private Jet Service Provider is Offering a Free All-Expenses Paid Pet Journey

Dubai: The pet-friendly private jet service provider K9 JETS recently announced that operations will be commencing on September 26, 2023. Tickets for the company’s maiden flight are currently available, starting at $9,925 apiece.

K9 JETS also announced a contest, wherein two pet parents and their pets could win free tickets for a journey aboard a private jet. To participate, pet owners have to make a short video with their dog explaining why they believe their pet should fly alongside them on this journey.

Currently, the private jet service is only offered between Dubai and London. However, it is expected to extend its routed to locations like Asia, Australia, and the rest of the world. While they do fly to and from major destinations like Paris and New York, this is the first time the service has been offered from Dubai.

The service targets those looking for a holiday with their pet or for moving to the UK with a pet. Moving with pets is a complex process, and Adam Golder, co-founder of K9 JETS, said “Relocation can be a difficult and logistical challenge for pet owners. With many expatriates living in the Emirate, it’s a process that most residents go through when they decide to leave. We are delighted to offer Dubai pet owners the opportunity to fly privately with their pets and assure them of personalized care, enhanced safety measures and amenities tailored to the unique needs of themselves and their pets.”

Flights will originate from Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai and touch down at the Farnborough Airport in the United Kingdom. Passengers and pets are welcome to check-In at the lux private terminal, which contains a welcoming crew and a separate grassy space so pets can stretch their legs.
